FanDuel are hiring iOS Engineers (entry, mid, senior levels)

Forums > Job Postings

Role: Software Engineer - Mobile/iOS (open to entry level, experienced, and senior levels)
Full-time: Yes, but part-time considered if desired. Permanent only.
Remote OK: Remote initially, returning to the office when it’s safe. UK-based remote considered.
Sponsorship: for senior level or above, on a case-by-case basis
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow, Scotland, UK
Relocation Assistance: rare, but we will consider it for the right candidate

We’re looking for an engineer to join the account and wallet mobile app team. We develop and release features that pull together business critical components, putting FanDuel Sportsbook and our other products in our customers hands.

The position is to grow one of our mobile teams, initially to 4 iOS engineers and 4 Android engineers, from 3 of each. Further growth is planned too and that will probably result in a new team forming.

This team’s focus is on supporting native components of core features that are common to all our apps, such as login, registration, payments, biometrics, geolocation (critical for a US betting app), biometrics, and more.

We’re looking for passionate technologists, strong communicators and those with a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to propose pragmatic solutions to problems and be eager to learn from and educate others. As a software engineer, you will work in an empowered, multidisciplinary team, autonomously tackling complex challenges that provide the very best experiences and products for a growing community of millions of players.

In the USA?

If you're US based, and taking the manager's path, we also have this mobile apps Software Engineering Manager role currently open. Our SEMs are skilled technologists as well, with a deep understanding of the code and the ability to get stuck in and work on making things better in our apps, alongside their primary focus of developing and levelling up the team.
