UITableView Diffable DataSource resources needed

I'm running into quite some problem with the new diffable datasources. Especially when inserting and updating items and updating the snapshot. Can't get a proper answer even on the apple forums. I can't seem to find any good resources on this. Sure there are some that discuss hooking up the datasource, but I can't find any articles that cover inserting and deleting. So any resources on this would be appreciated ....

I don't mind it being a paid course as long as its good and thorough ...
