Neural Style Transfer with videos

Good morning everybody,

I am looking for an API to apply Neural Style transfer to a video. You can easily do it using Xcode or Create ML but I was not able to find an API to do it inside an app. There is an API to do it for photos using a CVPixelBuffer (or an image / image URL) but I cannot find anything related to a video URL.

Does anyone have ever tried Neural Style transfer with videos? If yes, could you please let me know how you were able to do it
