(issue) use iPhone XR with IOS 12.4

I'm trying to use iPhone XR with IOS 12.4 as a simulator

but when i oepn

product -> destination

i can't find it . i tried other devices with same IOS version but they did't appear too

even i selected (show as run destination )

Add the simulator

Window>Devices and Simulators>Simulators(tab) Then click + chose Device type of iPhone XR Then in OS Version Download more simulator runtimes… Download 12.4

Then this simulator should be ready for you to pick

i already downloaded it .

while i was downloading it the internet disconnected , and i redownloaded it

could that be the reason of the issue
