How do I change the color of a cells reorder control

I want to change the light gray color of the reorder control. If I can't change the color, can I change the image it uses?

I found a partial solution by hardyFelix on stackoverflow https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45967210/change-reorder-controls-color-in-table-view-cell

The checkmark reverts back to its default color when checked then unchecked. The checkmark and the reorder controls both revert back to the default color when toggling between light and dark mode
