Core Data v Cloudfire Store (is core data finally good?)

Forums > iOS

I have avoided core data for a couple of years now, and stickly use cloudfire store / firebase.

I see Pauls news course uses Core Data (assume will link with CloudKit?), looking for some opinions of those whom have used both, and maybe feel that Core Data is now a good solution or much the same as a couple years back. I mainly use Firebase for the offline / cloud sync - its very good and easy to use / debug. I remember a few years trying to sync core data to the cloud and needing to purchase a 3rd party solution (ensembles by Drew McCormack). Thanks
