CollectioView layout (height) issue

I have an issue with the layout of the CollectionView. It loads the CV full height, then it loads the buttons and snaps in place. I am attaching a video for easier understanding.

When i print the height in the console, i get this:

✏️→ SCREEN: 896.0
✏️→ DIDLOAD: 642.0
✏️→ WILLAPPEAR: 720.0
✏️→ DIDAPPEAR: 642.0
