Apps using Apple ID not appearing in settings on iphone 6s

I need to stop using Apple ID to sign into my app. The option to do this appears in system settings on my iPhone 11 Pro MAx and my tester's iPhone 8. It doesn't appear on an iPhone 6s Plus.

So my question is: Is this a feature that only appears in phones newer than 6s and/or 7? Or am I not doing something on the 6s to make it appear?
