Inspired from the last SwiftUI Jam, I have just published a new App! itFeels allows you to keep track of your symptoms, see the historical trends in charts or export it to share as a csv. Maintain your privacy as all data is stored in your device, no accounts and no log in. The app is free and does not contain ads. You can download it here
