Thoughts on using a toolbar with a NavigationView based navigation

First of all thanks for the great content.

I am rebuilding an app in SwiftUI. My current applciation primarily uses a UINavigationController to navigate between views and uses a toolbar in many contexts.

I was wondering if there is a Swift UI equivalent for it? Or does iOS13 shy away from using the toolbar. Looking through the Apple apps the toolbar isn't used as much anymore (I assume in favour of the iPhone X and successors).

Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you for your time.
