It's one of the challenge problems. Try creating a new variable:

@State private var userScore = 0

Then in use the variable in the flagtapped function:

func flagTapped(_ number: Int) {
        if number == correctAnswer {
            scoreTitle = "Correct"
            userScore += 1
            scoreMessage = "Your score is \(String(userScore))"
        }

Then plug it into the alert using string interpolation:

.alert(isPresented: $showingScore) {
                Alert(title: Text(scoreTitle), message: Text("Your score is \(String(userScore))", dismissButton: .default(Text("Continue")) {
                    self.askQuestion()
                    })
                }

Hopefully this is helpful
