Project 1 new project doesn't match

Just start project 1. Installed XCODE 12.4. Trying to sync up with new project.

I can't create a new project that matches project 1. Single View application is no longer an option. A default project contains a ContentView, not a view controller and no story board.

Can an unmodified Project 1 be added to git hub?

When creating a new project make sure to select Storyboard and not SWIFTUI!: interface = Storyboard, lifecycle = UIkit
