Can i set defualt value for all unexist key ?

No, but you can set a value to use as the default if a key you are trying to retrive doesn't exist.

let aValue = aDictionary["aKey", default: 67]

This will return the default value of 67 if the key "aKey" doesn't exist in the dictionary.
