Good Posture Challenge

One of the biggest issues I had from long time studying and gaming has been forward head/neck and rounded shoulder. I have tried many things like physical therapy, shoulder bands, and pilates.. and burned a lot of cash doing them. Now I feel the best thing to fix any posture issues is to do a set of exercises. I've put together a collection of effective exercises(50+, I plan on adding more) I learned over the years that will help you maintain a good posture!

I'd really appreciate it if any of you guys find value in this app and provide feedback for any areas of improvement. Thank you guys
