xcode 15 no simulator or debug for macOS playgrounds

Hi hi,

My MacOS playgrounds are not displaying the simulator. Seems like its no debugging the code either.

Looking at it more... its because the playground never builds. The blue thing just keeps spinning & spinning & spinning...
